Gathering Information

As part of your on-boarding process, you may have received a copy of the Integration Requirements Form. This form is designed to help guide you through collecting all of the information necessary for planning your integration, and if you need assistance from ItemPath with your integration projects, it's an invaluable resource for both our team and your team.

With any IT project, it's important to have a clear sense of the what, the why, the who, and the how before you begin. You might have some ideas for your integration project based on the preceding pages in this course.

You will want to clearly identify a project lead and any team members involved with the project. The number and type of these team members depends on the resources available to you, and the complexity of your systems. Identify each team member involved in the Contact Info tab of the form.
